The Easiest Reduction Sauce There Is

Every Five Star restaurant has one, and it's the difference between a really good steak - and a really GREAT steak.  It's the reduction sauce.  And yes, it's a simple process that you can do in 2 minutes at home and you'll WOW your next dinner guest.

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Worcester Sauce

1/4 Dry Red Wine

Salt and Pepper to taste and some granulated garlic.

Mix all in a small bowl and bring to a light boil in a stainless steel sauce pan.

Remove half of the mixture and add a Tablespoon of Corn Starch and mix well.  Add the 1/2 sauce - cornstarch mixture back in the remaining sauce and boil until very thick.

Use as a garnish on any piece of Beef for a tangy, savory addition.
