Be realistic: Start off making small changes
Be Reasonable: Don't let your eyes eat for you...remember portion sizes (1cup or 1/2 cup servings)
Be flexible: create a complimentary "food to physical activity" relationship
BREAK OUT OF YOUR FOOD "COMFORT ZONE" - Try new foods...maybe from different cultures!
Ease into it...you'll be fine..
