Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley from KISS will be part owners for an expansion Arena Football League in Los Angeles. The team, called the LA KISS, will begin playing in March at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
Season ticket holders will be treated to a free Kiss concert at some point next year, and Simmons says the band will bring their unique brand of showmanship to the games themselves as well. Season ticket packages are now on sale starting at $99. The AFL and the music world have joined forces before. The Philadelphia Soul were partly owned by Jon Bon Jovi until he sold off his share of the team in 2010.
