BOOZE NEWS: How Sam Adam Brewer Drinks All Night Without Getting Drunk

A man who knows a thing or two about alcohol, Boston Beer Company Co-Founder and Chairman (aka the guy who created Sam Adams ) Jim Koch says the key to drinking all night and not becoming a blithering drunk is to eat some yeast before you start.

Koch told Esquire Magazine if you want to drink and mitigate, not eliminate, the effects of alcohol eat 1 teaspoon per beer you plan to drink of dry active yeast, like you get at the grocery store in the baking aisle. Koch says he mixes his with yogurt for taste. Esquire tested the yeast theory out and here's what happened...
