SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KWSN) - The South Dakota State University women's basketball team will face South Carolina in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament Saturday afternoon in Boulder, Colo.
Game time is set for 2:10 p.m. Mountain Time (3:10 p.m. Central) at the Coors Event Center on the University of Colorado campus.The game is scheduled to be televised on ESPN2 in the South Dakota and South Carolina markets, as well as available online through ESPN3.com and the WatchESPN app.
The Jackrabbits, seeded 13th in the Norfolk Regional, enter their fifth consecutive NCAA Tournament with a 25-7 overall record. South Carolina, which advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2012, is 24-7. Host Colorado, 25-6 overall and seeded fifth, meets 12th-seeded Kansas, 18-13 overall, in Saturday's late game. The winners are scheduled to play at 7:30 p.m. Mountain Time next Monday (March 25).
