Some of the world's most famous rock singers will team up with a variety of renowned chefs on February 27 in Las Vegas at a special charity event to raise awareness about the neurological disorder MSA, multiple system atrophy.  Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil and Sammy Hagar are slated to perform at the benefit, which is being held in conjunction with the Keep Memory Alive organization.

The rockers will be backed by house band The Sin City Sinners , while a number of other guest artists also are expected to join the bill.  The event was organized and will be hosted by chef Kerry Simon , who was diagnosed with MSA in December.  In addition to the musical entertainment, the evening will include a selection of gourmet dishes prepared by Simon and various other chefs.

The fundraiser, which will be held at the Keep Memory Alive Center, also will feature a silent auction.  Tickets are available now at KeepMemoryAlive.org, and cost $500 for general admission, and $1,000 for a VIP package that includes a pre-party reception with celebrity meet-and-greet, plus admission to an after-party at the Simon Restauraunt & Lounge at the Palms Casino Resort.

The Keep Memory Alive organization is the charitable arm of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, which focuses on treating and finding cures for various neurodegenerative illnesses.
