(WNFL)- The Wisconsin Badgers and UW-Green Bay will play their first games this evening in the NCAA Division-One softball tournament. The Badgers will take on Albany in a four-team regional at Eugene Oregon. UW-Green Bay is headed to Minneapolis, where they'll open against the host Gophers. Wisconsin was sent to the regional with the tournament's top overall seed, Oregon. The Ducks will play Utah Valley this evening. Meanwhile, Green Bay is opening against the 16th overall seed in Minnesota. Auburn and North Dakota State are the other teams in that regional. All 16 regionals have double-elimination formats. The winners will advance to the Super Regional round next week. From there, eight teams will move on to the College World Series from May 29th through June first in Oklahoma City.
