HURON, S.D. (KELO.com) — State prison inmate Cody Summerside is back in custody.
Summerside turned himself into the Beadle County Jail on Aug. 22. He left a housing unit for minimum-security inmates in Huron on Aug. 17 without authorization.
Summerside is currently serving concurrent sentences for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear from Lawrence County.
