SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Though COVID-19 cases are decreasing in South Dakota, the state still has the 14th highest test positivity rate.
That’s according to the Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center.
As of today (Friday), they say that 29% of reported COVID tests are coming back positive.
South Dakota was the only regional state in the top 15.
