SIOUX FALLS. S.D. (KELO.com) — Avera McKennan Hospital of University Health Center in Sioux Falls is ranked as one of the 161 best hospitals to have a baby.
The rankings are by Newsweek magazine.
They looked at factors such as a survey of hospital managers and maternity healthcare professionals, hospital performance related to maternity care, and patient satisfaction data.
Avera McKennan was the only South Dakota hospital to make the list.
