SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A couple from Vale, South Dakota, was arrested last month for producing child pornography with their own child.
42-year-old Timothy Scott White and 24-year-old Leslie Marie White were arrested on the Complaint on December 19, 2022.
Between February 1st and December 19th of last year, the White’s allegedly permitted or encouraged their child to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child pornography.
They then transmitted the content over the Internet.
Timothy White was employed by the Spearfish Emergency Ambulance Service and the Piedmont Fire Department.
They appeared before a federal judge in Rapid City on December 21, 2022, and both pleaded not guilty.
