Threat of explosive device diverted at Parker school homecoming parade

PARKER, SD (KELO.com) — One person has been after allegedly threatening to throw an explosive device at the Parker homecoming parade.  The Turner County Sheriff’s office says it’s still investigating, but doesn’t believe there’s any danger to anyone now.
