SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Construction crews are working non-stop to open key intersections in time for the beginning of the school year in Sioux Falls next week. Cliff Avenue will have one lane of traffic in both directions starting next Thursday. 41st street will be open between Minnesota and Cliff Avenues, and pedestrian access is open through the construction zone at Cliff and I-229. Superintendent Jamie Nold urges families to leave home earlier than normal to deal with the extra congestion caused by construction, and still have their children to school on time.
