PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A major computer outage for the state of South Dakota is coming to an end. The state data center in Pierre is being restored after a failure of the system’s primary power supply. Officials at the Bureau of Information and Technology say it was not caused by a cyber-attack. Most major functions are back up and running.
