A two-hour police pursuit in May of 2024 resulted in a seven-year prison sentence and nearly 25-thousand dollars in restitution.
30-year-old Derek McCloskey of St. Francis pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the pursuit.
It went through several counties, with McCloskey damaging several law enforcement vehicles.
The charges included eluding, resisting and impeding officers, as well as drug offenses.
