Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Some tense moments as two men were arrested near O’Gorman High School and middle school yesterday afternoon that caused the school to take security measures. Violent Crimes Unit detectives stopped a stolen vehicle at 37th and Kiwanis, and the driver tried to drive away but was blocked in. 27-year-old Lance Tenfingers was charged with aggravated eluding and possessing a stolen vehicle. He is also on parole for similar charges in a prior case. 18-year-old Johnny Waters was also charged with possessing a stolen vehicle.
