SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A 45-year old Sioux Falls man faces several charges after a hit and run accident involving an E-bike early Monday morning at I-229 and East 10th. The crash left a Sioux Falls man with serious, life-threatening injuries. A female passenger on the E-bike suffered non-life threatening injuries. Phillip Krejci was arrested for Felony Hit and run, driving without a license, no insurance and some outstanding warrants.
