SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — As of Thursday, South Dakota has the lowest positive test rate in the nation.
That’s according to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center.
South Dakota’s positive test rate was 0.4 percent per.
In comparison, Missouri, which has the highest positive test rate, is testing at nearly 87% positive.
