The 1st official BTC use in a commercial transaction with an actual company happened in 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz was short on cash & hungry so he worked a deal with a Florida Papa John’s location to accept 10,000 Bitcoins as payment for & delivery of 2 Large Za’s – Back then the BTC value was around $40.
