PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The Attorney General’s office is stepping up enforcement on Medicaid fraud in South Dakota. Attorney General Marty Jackley says a case against a board member at the Adult Day Center of Black Hills shows how expensive the problem can become.
The Black Hills case involved 477-thousand dollars.
