SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A California man faces nearly 22 years in prison for selling meth and fentanyl in Sioux Falls. 34-year old Clarence Williams moved to Sioux Falls with the intent of selling the deadly drugs. He worked with a group that trafficked about 3 kilograms of fentanyl and over 20 pounds of meth.
