A 60-year-old Sioux Falls man has been arrested on child pornography and drug charges. William Tillman was arrested by the
Divisoin of Criminal Investigation after an investigation by the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task force.
Attorney General Marty Jackley says if Tillman is convicted, he faces up to 55 years in prison.
