Murder or Self Defense? That is the question in the murder trial against Tea man Timothy Overton

CANTON, SD (KELO.com) — Was it murder, or self-defense?  A Lincoln County judge has ruled prosecutors now carry the burden of proof.  61-year-old Timothy Overton is charged with murder in the shooting death of Isaiah Morales in Tea last June.  Attorneys will file written arguments by October 3rd.
