Operation Prairie Thunder confusing arrest numbers cleared up

Governor Larry Rhoden is clearing up confusion over arrest numbers from last weekend’s Operation Prairie Thunder efforts.
Last week he announced 174 drug arrests from the three-day patrol in SIoux Falls.
He says that’s actually the number of charges, and not individual arrests.
None-the-less, he says the operation was a success, and more patrols are planned.
