NEW YORK (Reuters) -JetBlue Airways said on Wednesday that it will expand its service in rival Spirit Airlines’ main market of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with nine new nonstop routes across the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
The company said it is reinforcing its presence at the airport as airlines rush to cash in on rival Spirit’s second bankruptcy filing in less than a year.
