Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) – He’s re-entered the U.S after being sent back to Mexico twice. Now, 49-year-old Rodriguez Esobar is accused of raping a 17-year-old girl in Sioux Falls earlier this week. The Dakota Scout reports he’s charged with second-degree rape, false imprisonment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. ICE has placed an immigration detainer on Escobar, so he isn’t released into the public.
