Emily’s Hope received a grant for substance prevention curriculum

Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Emily’s Hope has just received a grant to help fuel its K-12 Substance Use Prevention Curriculum in Sioux Falls Schools. Emily’s Hope CEO and Founder Angela Kennecke calls it a major investment in the state’s children and community. The curriculum is already being used in several states, helping students to understand the effects of opioids on the mind and body and to make healthy choices.
