Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police are expected to release more information this morning on a suspicious vehicle investigation tied to Saturday’s “No Kings” protest. The vehicle that had been stolen was left in a handicapped parking space at the Federal Courthouse Friday afternoon. An alert from a dog trained in detecting explosives led to the precaution. The vehicle and its contents were later determined not to be a danger to the public, and the Sioux Falls protest went on. Protests were also held in Sioux City, Vermillion and Brookings.
