PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A bill to provide free school lunches in South Dakota is half-way home to legislative approval. The bill passed the state House. It’s the first time the proposal has made it this far. Sioux Falls Representative Kadyn Wittman has sponsored similar bills in each of her four years in the legislature. The measure now goes to the state Senate.
