Sioux Falls woman charged with abusing woman with special needs

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls woman is accused of abusing a woman with special needs.  Kimberly Marshall faces one felony charge after investigators found the victim standing at a bus stop for two hours.  The woman had been wearing the same diaper for more than 24 hours, something investigators say had happened on multiple occasions.
