Secretary of State Monae Johnson
PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) – State election offices in three states were sent packages this week containing unknown powders, just weeks before the election.
South Dakota is not one of the states mentioned in reports, but Secretary of State Monae Johnson is expressing thanks to law enforcement for intercepting an envelope before it reached her office in Pierre.
The envelopes were also sent to a number of congressional offices in Washington.
