FREEMAN, S.D. (KELO.com) – Governor Larry Rhoden will break ground on the Freeman Regional Health Services’ new hospital and clinic today.
Freeman Regional Health Services is an independent community hospital with Avera affiliation.
The groundbreaking will take place on Today, October 20, 2026, at 1:30 pm CT/12:30 pm MT at the construction site west of Highway 81 between 6th Street and 279th Street, Freeman, SD 57029.
