To donate blood, you must...
 Be at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent found @ www.cbblifeblood.org)
 Weigh 110 lbs. or more
 Be in good health
 Bring a photo I.D.
 Eat a meal and drink plenty of fluids before donating
