Minnesota man arrested on child pornography charges in Lincoln County

LINCOLN COUNTY, SD (KELO.com) — A Minnesota man is being held on a 100-thousand dollar bond on child sex abuse charges in Lincoln County, South Dakota.  21-year old Zane Shurr pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of possessing child pornography.  Officials found more than 14-hundred images and child sexual abuse videos on his phone.
