Mayoral candidate sues city of Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — He’s a long-shot candidate in the race for mayor of Sioux Falls, and he’s suing the city for 22-million dollars.  David Zokaites is alleging years of violations of his civil rights by city police, and other officials.  He’s one of five candidates running for mayor.
