SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Momentum is building in the Sioux Falls economy…and that’s good news for the city budget. Sales and property tax revenues are on the rise, exceeding budget projections. That follows several years of below-budget performances. Manufacturing was up by more than 13 percent. City Finance Director Shawn Pritchett says revenues are on pace to overcome last year’s budget shortfall.
