SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — An 18 year old Sioux Falls man is charged with two counts of indecent exposure, including a felony. Kason Shields-O’Connor allegedly exposed himself to a woman and her 13 year old daughter late Saturday afternoon. They were stopped in traffic at 49th and Western at the time. Information Officer Sgt Aaron Benson says the daughter took cell phone pictures of the the suspect and his license plates – information that assisted police find and arrest him two hours later with the help of the city’s license plate readers and traffic cameras. Benson says Shields-O’Connor admitted to exposing himself when he was arrested.
