Attorney General Marty Jackley
PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Attorney General Marty Jackley says South Dakota has reached a $15-million settlement with Roblox, an immersive gaming and creation platform. It will protect children from online threats and enhance the state’s educational system, with millions of dollars going to public and non-profit after-school programs over the next four years. It also provides $2.6-million for the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which has investigated a number of significant cases.
