FORT PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — It’s a landslide in an election year – but it has nothing to do with counting votes. A sliding hillside poses potential future problems for the Casey Tibbs South Dakota Rodeo Center in Fort Pierre. The Tibbs Foundation board is working with state and local officials to monitor the slide and avoid hazards. In the meantime, after-hour visits and areas outside of designated pathways are off-limits.
