Sept 8 (Reuters) – Boston Scientific said on Tuesday a cybersecurity incident that disrupted manufacturing and order shipments globally is likely to have a material impact on its third-quarter and full-year 2026 results.
The medical device maker is unlikely to meet its previously issued third-quarter and full-year sales and adjusted profit forecast, it said in a regulatory filing. Its shares were down 4.5% in premarket trading.
