BROOKINGS, S.D. (KELO.com) – The Brookings City Council has approved a land transfer, making way for a new Menards store in the city
The company has plans to build a 200-thousand square foot store just off I-29.
Menards follows Target and Aldi as a tenant at Brookings Marketplace.
Mayor Ope calls it big news for Brookings.
